Provide leadership & direction for the club Oversee the work of the Club Committee Chair all club meetings
Official contact between the club & DCFA Ensure all teams affiliated with DCFA by 1 st August every year Ensure the club & teams are registered into the Derwent Valley Junior League Registering players to the DVJL Attending DVJL Meetings
Ensure effective Correspondence & Communication Organising the Club AGM & other club meetings Official contact between the club & DVJL
Manage & administer finances of the club Create annual income & expenditure sheets and balance sheets Ensure all payments & fines are paid on time and recorded Support all fundraising & sponsorship opportunities Source external funding
Have a Club Welfare Officer with an up to date FA CRC Ensuring these responsibilities are understood by others All coaches must have an up to date FA CRC CWO’s can administer FA CRC’s for coaches Only Coaches/ medics needs CRC’s- Club Secretary/ Treasurer and those who do not supervise children on a weekly basis do not need CRC’s
Working with the DVJL Welfare Officer Working with DCFA Welfare Officer (Cath Morton) Promoting the FA Respect Programme
Club Welfare Officers can set up an online CRC account by ing Online CRC’s usually take 7-14 days so there is plenty of time to become compliant
