first flight in spring 2014 from Timmins (48°34' N, 81°22' W) CNES campaign starts March 1st 2014 => EUSO BALLOON is to be flight-ready in Timmins by end of february flight scenarios have been elaborated by Jean Evrard for the december flight review => we can make it, but must stay on tight schedule first light / first flight

Since the last progress meeting APC Paris, October the 12th The electrical prototype has been received by LAL (before potting) EC ASIC card has been sucessfully tested (before data transmission tests) We fixed the design of PWP The delivery of 19 missing MAPMTs + UV filters on going (december 2012) Cockroft Walton and switches prototypes have been tested at APC (and a bit modified to be adapted to MAPMTs) PDM board delay : 6 PCBs produced and partially tested, delivery at LAL is scheduled for end of November, we are trying now to organize EC- ASIC/PDM Board communication tests DP tests are undergoing in Naples Thermal analysis has been done The documentation is well-advanced (architecture documents, Technical specification for CPU software, PAIE, updates of Phase A documents, ICD, etc.) 10 EUSO-BALLOON, 9th progress Meeting 2012
