Multiply This! Multiplication Unit incorporating MATH, REAL-LIFE SITUATIONS, and COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY to make math more fun!

What will students gain? 1. Students will gain a better understanding of what multiplication is. 2. Students will tie the use of multiplication to real life. 3. Students will gain experience using PowerPoint. 4. Students will gain experience using desktop publishing software. 5. Students will gain experience importing graphics, sounds, and video into their presentations.

How will they gain a better understanding of Multiplication? They will have to use their own words to describe what multiplication is.

How will they tie multiplication to their own lives? They will have to think of situations that use multiplication: At School At Home At Work
