PORT OF TACOMA Eliminate conflicts between rail and vehicular traffic at four at-grade rail crossings along Lincoln Avenue. Allow for free and unimpeded traffic flow along Lincoln Avenue. Improve efficiency of rail service to the Port’s North and South Intermodal Yards. Objective Lincoln Avenue Improvements

PORT OF TACOMA Site grading and roadway preparation. Storm drainage, water and lighting improvements. Drilled shafts and stone column installations. Street improvements including reinforced concrete and asphalt concrete roadways, sidewalks, ramps, driveways and curbs.
