India Habitat Centre New Delhi November The overall purpose of the Symposium is to create a common understanding and shared consensus about the need to engage with men and boys to achieve the overall purpose of gender equality in society.

The symposium is also an opportunity to reach out to All men and boys about Gender based violence and Gender discrimination in society as issues of common concern and to mobilize them to take greater interest and stimulate actions for Reducing gender based violence and gender discrimination.
