Please articulate in the space provided. Any additional slides added will not be considered. ●A participating organization may choose to nominate themselves in more than one award category. However, a participant may not nominate themselves for excellence in manufacturing and excellence in services for the same project/initiative. ●Reference to Supporting documents must be provided against the respective section in the space provided. PwC Important Instructions (Cont’d) ●Companies participating under the category for INDIAN COMPANIES must have operated in the US for a minimum of two years and must be either a subsidiary or be managed and controlled by an India registered Company as on March 31, 2016 ●Companies participating under the category for US COMPANIES must have operated in India for a minimum of two years and must be either a subsidiary or be managed and controlled by an United States of America (USA) registered Company as on March 31, 2016 ●Indian organization participating in the Awards(except “Start-up of the Year) must have at least 2 years of registered presence and operations in the United States & US organizations operating in India must have at least 2 years of registered presence and operations in India as on March 31, ●Participants nominating themselves in “Start-up of the Year” must have registered between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2015 and must have presence in India/US between April 1, 2010 to present. ●To apply in the SME Category, the organization should have an investment in plant and machinery (excluding land and building) of above Rs. 10 Lakhs / $ 25,000 but not exceeding Rs. 10 Crores / $ 2.5 million. ●All companies participating must be currently operating both in India/US. ●The final eligibility of the Participant will be subject to the discretion and approval of the Awards Management/Jury ●Previous edition award winners can apply only if the initiative is different from the ones submitted in the previous editions Eligibility Criteria: Declaration: ●It is mandatory to attach signature of authorized personnel from your Organization and Company Seal on the last slide of this presentation. 4 May th Indo-American Corporate Excellence Awards, 2016
