Data Quality Facilities should be receiving monthly quality reports Validation ◦ Likely next step will be validation of MRSA and CDI LabID data Also working to ensure consistency among data reported by TDH, THA, and Qsource

CDI Prevention Collaborative Pilot in Davidson County– 3/8 kick-off ◦ Across the continuum of care  3 long-term care facilities, 2 long-term acute care facilities (LTACs), and partnering hospitals ◦ Topics to be addressed:  Hand hygiene  Contact precautions  Environmental cleaning Plan is to expand the project state-wide  Transitions of care  Laboratory issues  Antimicrobial stewardship
