Event Details Date: Saturday, December 5 th Time: 5:00pm – 10:00pm Estimated number of attendees: 900 ◦Based on the fact that we had 400 attendees last year and less than that the year before – we will advertise it more this year ◦This will be our 3 rd year throwing the party
Changes from Previous Years We have held the Pray for Snow event in Boise for two years, previous to this (2014 and 2013) We are moving the event this year so that we have room to park our custom 10 Barrel Brewing Snowboarding/Rail Jam truck
Benefits Event Beneficiary: Not confirmed, but most likely the Boise Bicycle Project Benefits to the city: Live music event with free entry to all ages. This will bring people to Downtown Boise for a community event. We will have entertainment for all ages and everyone will have an incredible time. This will be an event to be looked forward to for years!

Have large dumpsters and recycle stations at the pub. Do not need extra.
Alcohol Service Area Alcohol will be allowed to be consumed in the entire event space. We will have trained and permitted staff members working at the entrance of the event checking I.D.s and putting custom 10 Barrel wrist bands on anyone over 21. We will have area where you purchase alcohol fenced off and you will not be allowed to enter unless you have a wristbands, as an extra security check, our bar cashiers will also be checking for wristbands before selling anyone an alcoholic beverage. Our Alcohol Managers will be wearing event shirts that state they are “Alcohol Managers” and they will be monitoring the event to make sure no one is overly intoxicated. We will be serving alcoholic beverages in green, non-see-thru plastic cups, all other beverages will be in clear plastic cups. Alcohol managers will be checking to make sure no one without a wristband is drinking out of a green cup.
