The modifications are transparent and they follow the variations of financial international markets Collaterals requested  Mortgage on the land to be constructed on, assigned in favor of the bank  Mortgage on the construction assigned in favor of the bank (when the credit is granted the mortgage is replaced temporarily by a mortgage of minimum EUR on a secondary building; this mortgage will be released and replaced by the mortgage on the “Red Stage” building (registration in Land Book); when the house is completed, this mortgage will be transformed in the mortgage on the completed house)  Assignment of life and real estate insurance in favor of the bank  Assignment of monthly income of the couple in favor of the bank and blank promissory note 9 months grace period until the beginning of credit reimbursement! *could be completed/copied/made at the bank’s office
