Transfer and Commuter Connections

About 1/3 of all college seniors have transferred to another school at some point during their college career. ~National Institute for the Study of Transfer Students (NISTS).

About 1 in 5 of the incoming NAU class are transfer students.

Mentoring Program Incoming transfer students are paired with an experienced mentor who helps with the difficulties of transferring to NAU! Making connections to the university!

Mentor Training All of our mentors are transfer students 1 credit hour class College Reading & Learning Association Training and Certification Additional training before the beginning of the semester Additional training opportunities during the semester
