CURRENTLY Technical University of Mombasa Offering Diploma in Medical Engineering. The degree program is yet to get approval from the Engineers Registration Board (ERB)

CURRENTLY Kenyatta University The undergraduate degree program in Biomedical Engineering has started & they have plans to establish a Nairobi Town Campusprobably by Sept 2014 or Jan Mt. Kenya University Offering Diploma. in Medical Engineering. They also have plans to establish a degree program but is yet to take off.

CURRENTLY Eldoret Polytechnic Offering diploma in medical engineering. Rift Valley technical training institute Offering diploma in medical engineering. Kenya Institute of Applied Sciences, Eldoret-Offering diploma in medical engineering.

CURRENTLY Mautuma Youth Polytechnic-Offering diploma in medical engineering. Gusii Institute of Technology Offering diploma in medical engineering. Egerton University Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology (the institution temporarily stopped the program due to difficulties in obtaining recognition & eventual registration of their students by the Engineers Registration Board, ERB).
