In January 2015, the trade union center of Aktobe region made a petition to the Public Prosecutor contesting the order of the Director General of LLP "CNPC-Aktobe transport company" with respect to discrimination in the sphere of employment on the grounds of belonging to trade unions. The result was the cancellation of the order and the Director-General's involvement in the administrative responsibility.
