PLUG IN THE LECTERN CHOOSE LECTERN FLOORBOX (rooms 722A or D) OR FLOORBOX 2 IN 722D

ROOMS 722 A or D FRONT OF ROOM BY THE DOOR

ROOM 722 D FRONT AND CENTER

COMPUTER CABLE WITH AUDIO IN TOP LOCAL MONITOR OUT ON BOTTOM MICROPHONE IN 1 DATA IN D1

SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS

GET TOUCH PANEL AND MICROPHONES OUT OF EQUIPMENT RACK DRAWER

CHOOSE A MICROPHONE TO USE

NOTICE THE ALIGNMENT NOTCHES ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TOUCH PANEL

STARTING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT INSERT THE PANEL INTO THE CRADEL

WHEN IT IS LOCKED THIS WILL APPEAR ON THE SCREEN

CHOOSE COMBINED OR SEPERATE MODE

CHOOSE SOURCE AND DESTINATION(S) IN COMBINED MODE YOU CAN SEND THE SAME SOURCE TO ALL 3 SCREENS OR DIFFERENT SOURCES TO DIFFERENT SCREENS THE PROGRAM AUDIO IS ALWAYS THE LAST SOURCE SELECTED.

LECTERN LAPTOP IF THE LECTERN IS PLUGED IN TO THE LECTERN FLOORBOX YOU CAN CHOOSE THE LECTERN LAPTOP INPUT

LAPTOP HOOK UP LAPTOP CONNECTION CABLES AND POWER ARE LOCATED IN THE WELL ON THE TOP OF THE LECTERN

VGA OUT AUDIO OUT INTERNET AVAILABLE WI-FI OR OUR NETWORK CONNECTION ON LECTERN

RACK INPUTS REMEMBER THAT EACH TIME YOU CHANGE A SOURCE YOU SHOULD RE-ASSIGN THE DESTINATIONS

SELECT RACK COMPUTER AND SEND TO ALL SCREENS

LECTERN AT FLOORBOX 2 LOCATION LECTERN CAN BE USED FOR ANY VGA INPUT DEVICE (laptop, document camera)

DOCUMENT CAMERA (ELMO) A LAPTOP CAN BE HOOKED TO THE INPUT AND PASSED THROUGH TO THE SCREENS BY CHOOSING THE OPTION ON THE ELMO

DVD/VHS COMBO THE DVD/VHS PLAYER IS IN THE EQUIPMENT RACK

AUDIO TELECONFERENCE TO MAKE A TELEPHONE CALL FIRST DIAL 8,THEN THE NUMBER; TO ANSWER A CALL PRESS PICK UP

TO SHUT DOWN SYSTEM REMOVE ALL MEDIA FROM THE EQUIPMENT ( jump drives, cd’s, dvd’s) SHUT DOWN RACK PC IF USED PUT ALL ACCESSORIES AWAY

PUT PORTABLE TOUCH PANEL AWAY TO RELEASE THE MAGNETIC LOCK PRESS THE LIGHTED BUTTON ON THE CRADEL AND LIFT THE TOUCH PANEL OUT PLUG THE PANEL INTO THE CHARGER CORD IN THE RACK DRAWER

SEPERATE MODE IN SEPARATE MODE EACH ROOM OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY BOTH EQUIPMENT RACKS ARE ACTIVE IN COMBINED MODE ONLY THE EQUIPMENT RACK IN 722 D IS ACTIVE.
