Hi Everyone!! EDU 671 Fundamentals of Educational Research By China Ward

My name is China Ward and I own and operate a Family Childcare Home (FCCH) My name is China Ward and I am certified teacher. I receive my Associates Degree at our local community college. Then, I obtained my Bachelors Degree from Ashford last November I own and operate a FCCH (Family Child Care Home) that is currently a five star. But, I have work in the school system and larger child care facilities in the past. I have 2 daughters and a son. I have been married for 14 years to my husband James. We live in Chocowinity, NC and both avid motorcyclist.

My name is China and I am a certified Early Childhood Educator in the state of NC. This is my husband James. We have been married for 14 year this June He is a graduate of Phoenix University but now attend Ashford University to obtain his Master degree in Business.

Destiny is going to the 5 th grade next year. Tony is Junior in College at East Carolina University. Victoria is a Lead tell at Wells Fargo Bank. These are my beautiful 3 children : Destiny 10, Tony 21, and Victoria 25

Early Education has always been a passion of mind. This is important because children need role model. Therefore, guiding process for developments allows me to build lasting relations as the children discover the world around them. So, I have learned that working with young children early on builds a strong foundation for children who may need that additional experience for development. Daily Activities during the day building on multi-age appropriate skills for learning within a preschool setting.

Profession Background and Future Endeavors for Education As I stated, I am certified teacher. I receive my Associates Degree at our local community college. Then, I obtained my Bachelors Degree from Ashford last November I own and operate a FCCH (Family Child Care Home) that is currently a five star. I am an avid motorcyclist that loves spending time with my family and friends. I have worked in the school system as a Substitute for several years before deciding my educational interest were to work with young children. Therefore, I am a certified Preschool teacher and I own and operate a licensed Family Childcare Home after realizing my passion was working with young children. For my experience as a rambunctious child, I can remember being labeled. In turn made me realize that teachers sometimes missed judge you from previous classes. So, this made a lasting impression on how I view instances in life because a person can do something and not even realize the damage they can do with labeling. In the future, I plan to take all my education an open up a larger faculty that is welcoming with qualified staff to meet the needs of children. If this does not work, I plan on becoming a Consultant to help other providers who may genuinely want assistance to better educate the children they care for. I believe the impact of having my Master’s degree will show others that I am serious about what I represent as a Teacher and the best interest of children are the foremost important when they are in my care.
