How to sort our waste?
Why sort our waste? Because it's important to help the environment. Men produce a lot of waste. Recycling waste: It's giving a second life to waste. New products are manufactured with recycled waste. Thus, we will: keep natural resources reduce landfill and incineration reduce pollution.
The brown or blue bin for regular waste, leftovers, diapers, soiled packaging... everything that you can't recycle. Glass is collected in green bins everywhere in public places.
The yellow bin for cardboard, plastic bottles, paper, newspapers, cans, tins … everything that can be recycled.
The green bin is for green waste (garden waste): - lawn chippings - leaves - twigs - cut from hedges...
the tip The things you can't recycle at home can be taken to the tip: Mainly bulky and heavy waste (over 1 cubic meter)
Other waste Used batteries can be recycled in stores that sell them. Unused medicines can be taken back to the chemist's.
