Proposal  There are many shoe cleaning products that promise positive results, but they are not true. At Shine Bright, we have created a service that will honor such promises and make the consumers happy. We want to give consumers the opportunity to save money and to extend the look of their shoes. Our main purpose is to fulfill a void in the shoe cleaning industry that has been going on for years.

Competitor 1

Refreshed Shoe Cleaner  Refreshed Shoe Cleaner promises to make your shoes new again. However, many consumers claim that the kit ruins the color of shoes causing them to age faster than the length of time consumers have their shoes.

Competitor 2

Jason Mark  Jason Mark promises to have high quality products that targets prospective consumers, but it creates false advertising to trick consumers. Its products are expensive and don’t promise the results as many of the samples indicate.

Shine Bright  Unlike many of our competitors, we offer a laundry service along with products to maintain the look of various shoes. Shine Bright is a service which comes to the customer, where they want. All it takes from you is a phone call or a message to our helpline and before you know, the footwear is picked, serviced and delivered back to you. We treat each shoe to the same standards of quality service.

Shine Bright  At Shine Bright, we have designed our own 7 Step service model to ensure, perfect quality and Customer Delight:  Step 1 : Dismantle the shoe Step 2 : Wash it thoroughly Step 3 : Inspect the shoe Step 4 : Repair the shoe Step 5 : Assemble the shoe Step 6 : Look at the shoe and think, "would I wear it?" Step 7 : Deliver the shoe back to the customer

Shine Bright

 After each laundry service, Shine Bright customers will receive a free shoe cleaning kit to help maintain the look of our services. The total cost our laundry services is $29.99, which includes one of our sales representatives coming to pick up the product (if desired) as well as the cleaning services.
