A Lamb bone – This is not eaten but reminds Jews of the lambs killed in Egypt and their blood shed on the doorposts to save their firstborns. The hard-boilled Egg – Roasted in a flame reminding Jews of the animals killed as an offering to God. The Wine (a glass for everyone) – Drunk four times because God promised four times that he would bring the Jews out of Egypt.
