Plan This will be called Homeless In Need (H.I.N) This will be called Homeless In Need (H.I.N) My program is trying to get our brothers and sisters off the streets and to show them that people really do care about them and are not just talking with no action. I will employ about 20 people in doing so I will help bring jobs back to the city. There will be numerous positions that will be needed to be filled.
