Essential Components of a Jobs Driven System constructed around existing and anticipated labor market demands dependent upon deep working relationships with local employers provides a best in class staffing center for regional employers provides individuals with informed, clear pathways to in-demand jobs ensures that training vouchers and programs are aligned with the skills and demands of the local labor market.

What is a target industry/employer? Has significant need for skilled labor Is interested in partnering with career center staff Provides or is willing to develop specific career pathways

Individuals who use our Career Centers 60% of existing customers are over age of 46 78% are white/non Hispanic 55% have a bachelors degree or higher; 21 % have a masters degree or higher; 22% have a HS diploma or less. Must increase ability and capacity to serve individuals who have difficulty navigating the labor market, including limited English speakers, those with disabilities, and the long term unemployed
