Uzhhorod National University, Ukraine Aim of the project: - complex investigation of biodiversity and changes of authentic microbiocenosis in ecosystems of the Carpathian region.

Uzhhorod National University, Ukraine Objectives: - ecomicrobiological research of different type ecosystems in the Transcarpathian region and in partner countries; - developing new approach for bioindication and improve existing criteria; -biodiversity estimation of authentic microbiocenosis; -verification and estimation sustainability of transbiotic relationship in different biotopes; -analysis of vectors spread of antibiotic resistance in natural and anthropogenic ecosystems.

Uzhhorod National University Main expected results of the project: formation of an unique database of background ecomicrobiological monitoring in the Carpathian region; modeling of authentic microbiocenosis transformation; creation of algorithm for risk assesment of spreads of antibiotic resistance strains of microbes in the environment.

Uzhhorod National University Main foreseen activities: EDUCATIONAL EVENTS: CONFERENCES, TRAININGS, ROUNDTABLES, SEMINARS, DEVOTED TO THE PROBLEM OF BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION IN THE CARPATHIAN REGION. EXPERIMENTS: DETECTION AND RESTORATION OF SOIL AND WATER MICROBIOTA. Innovation idea of project: AT FIRST TIME WILL BE PROVIDING COMPLEX INVESTIGATION OF AUTHENTIC MICROBIOCENOSIS IN THE CARPATHIAN REGION AND PURPOSE RECOMMENDATION FOR THEY CONSERVATION.
