The Global Fund 19th Board Meeting Geneva, 4 May 2009 Negotiate Technical Assistance (TA) plans and work with PR / CCMs to set transparent processes for the selection of TA providers Communicate to the CCM and PRs to use the provision of budget for TA effectively Work with partners, e.g. UNAIDS to map TA providers Corporate Agreements with the Private Sector to enhance managerial assistance to grants, e.g. Standard Bank The Global Fund response to TA needs
