STANDARD 4: DOCUMENTING AND USING RESULTS The school enacts a comprehensive assessment system that monitors and documents performance and uses these results to improve student performance and school effectiveness.

H OW DOES THE SCHOOL MEASURE PROGRESS OF YOUR LEARNING ? Examples: Baseline Benchmark Tests Interim Tests Classroom Chapter Test Classroom Quizzes FCAT Testing FAIR Testing Midterms/Final Exams Carnegie These are examples of the many ways your teachers measure your progress in their class.

W HAT TO DO WITH THE RESULTS ? Once teachers grade these exams they look to see if progress is made and you are learning. If progress has not been made teachers will continue to review the concepts being tested until mastery is achieved.
