GRASS ROOTS: more people benefit from climate change adaptation knowledge & innovations through shared learning at all levels, especially grassroots level easy access to latest lessons learned & relevant local knowledge through systematic and user-friendly compilation peer to peer links & 3: UP-SCALING / POLICIES: suitable policies, capacities and access to financial & knowledge resources enable people at grassroots level to improve their lives in a rapidly changing context 4. INTERNATIONAL: similar to point 1 – 3 above: contributions to international & global policy development to bring the lessons & views of the grassroots/ implementation level to those entities that are relevant for the action on the ground
