Why is aid form private organizations more beneficial? Economically Less corruption in government Creates jobs-generating economy Humanitarian Food distribution does not depress prices for local farmers Better local economy Equipt and Motivated – Creates Relationships
After visiting Haiti in the summer of 2012, and researching aid provided to third world countries by private organizations, I decided to raise money for freshwater wells in Ganthier and Michaud, Haiti.
