Institutions using data on students and graduates from eVŠ

eVŠ users In 2015 eVŠ recorded insights into data on students. –Students and graduates records in eVŠ are official source for information on student status used by public institutions that grant scholarships, subsidies for nutrition, transport, and dormitories, as well as health insurance, pensions, student work, employment agency. –Prevention of student enrolment that are no longer entitled to publicly financed full-time studies in tertiary education (both short cycle higher education and higher education). These actions reflect in reduced numbers of enrolled students that exceeded the expected impact due to demography. Total number of students decreased for from academic year 2011/12 when students were enrolled to academic year 2015/16 with students Data on HE institution and study programmes include national code list used by databases of HE institutions, national statistical office, and other public institutions. Employment Service of Slovenia ( The Centre of the Republic of Slovenia for Mobility and European Educational and Training Programmes ( Candidates who apply for enrolment or subsidised dormitories. In 2015 users filled e-applications: for enrolment and for dormitories.

eVŠ plans By 2017, the aim is for the eVŠ to become an analytical tool to support evidence- based policy making in higher education available also to HEIs. Connect eVŠ data with data from other public records to analyse the path of students from secondary to tertiary education and on to the labour market. Improve user experience with eVŠ applications
