We ask people Do questions to find out things they usually do. e.g. Do you sweep the floor? We use do /don’t to answer Do questions. e.g. Yes, I do. Put the action word here. No, I don’t. 

Does your sister help at home? Yes, she does. Does / Doesn’t

Does your brother help at home? No, he doesn’t. Does / Doesn’t 
