Business Development Opportunities  Corporate Client Outreach Client Sharing Initiative – Will Launch Soon! Client Movie Direct contact via client groups, LinkedIn, ACC, Tradeshows, etc. Client Seminars & Conferences 2015 – Primerus will have client networking events in the U.S., Brazil, Singapore, and The Netherlands Dedicated staff person focused on: Member recommendations via Association of Corporate Counsel requests, LinkedIn requests, and through personal relationships developed through client outreach activities  New Membership Directory  Publishing Opportunities  Cross Border Business Development Committee Initiatives  Increased brand awareness with legal and trade organizations  Improved communications – new weekly notices, sent every Monday, plus periodic member calls  Increased networking opportunities with clients

Primerus “FYI” Stay Informed – Arriving in Your Inbox Every Monday! If you aren’t getting this please let me know. I can add you to the mailing list.

 The Primerus Paradigm delivers articles regarding developments and trends in legal issues relevant to corporate clients around the world, while showcasing Primerus members as leaders with the expertise to assist clients with any legal needs they may have. It has become an important marketing tool which promotes the Primerus brand around the globe. It is mailed to all Primerus members and thousands of corporate clients. Articles should be addressed to a client audience and should present legal information that is highly relevant in an understandable, non-technical style. Paradigm is accompanied by a printed directory of all Primerus firms.  The Primerus Xpress contains timely articles written by Primerus lawyers on important legal topics impacting corporate clients around the globe. Like Paradigm, it is an important tool to familiarize clients with Primerus and remind them that Primerus is here to serve their legal needs worldwide. It is an electronic newsletter sent monthly via to thousands of corporate clients.  The Primerus FYI which is sent each Monday to the members with updates about Primerus events and opportunities.  Stare Decisis – periodic newsletter for the Primerus Young Lawyers Section. Publishing Opportunities

 Major emphasis for Services team in 2015  During quarterly calls, Primerus reports are discussed and firms are expected to update  New Hire - Referral Administrator  Now reporting on weekly aggregated referral activity in the Primerus FYI Improved Tracking of Referrals & Business Development Opportunities

2014 Referrals Tracked  Primerus member recommendations through Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI)  510 – member to member referrals  83 – Request for Proposal (RFP’s)  1157 – Primerus.com web leads We estimated that only 10% of referrals occurring amongst the membership are reported.
