Chess Systems BY CHRIS

Digestive system  Chess is a complex strategy game of logic, so you need to eat foods like fish that make you smarter.

Nervous system  This system is very important because it allows you to think about where your next move will be. The brain does this with electric impulses.

Muscular system  This system lets you move the chess pieces around the board. Some muscles used in chess include the following:  Triceps and biceps  Shoulder muscles

Skeletal system  This system works together with the muscular system to allow movement at your joints. The main bones used in chess are the arms and fingers.

Immune system  This system is important because it keeps you from getting sick. If you are sick well playing chess, you may not be as alert for the other players moves.

Circulatory system  This system pumps blood that carries nutrients to the body and gets rid of carbon dioxide.

Respiratory System  This system controls breathing. If you could not breathe, you couldn’t do anything because you would have suffocated.
