Vision, Mission & District Achievement Goal Goal: To develop school based measures to assess student growth and achievement related to the DAG and NEAS&C standards. Action Steps Evidence/Measurements Complete rubric development which incorporates NEAS&C and DAG skills Present rubric to faculty and develop data collection processes Use data as part of school improvement planning and instructional focus for Completed draft rubric Articulated data collection process; Data collection system developed Completed SIP and ToA/PoP

Vision, Mission & District Achievement Goal Goal: To develop a Capstone Experience that allows students to demonstrate their mastery of the skills and concepts of the Mission Statement by the end of 12 th grade. Action Steps Evidence/Measurements Create outline of Capstone class to include Mission Statement skills Train advisory teachers on the Capstone process and oversight in grades 9-12 Implement Capstone project in grade 9 and 10 advisory Draft and finalize class including Mission Statement measures Teacher use of Naviance: Completed Capstone processes by students with teacher oversight Advisory goals, Naviance data and results

Student Achievement Goal: Develop a Student Intervention Model that allows for classroom teachers to have supports in developing and implementing TIER I interventions and allows our most highly trained teachers to provide support for our struggling students in TIER II and III. Action Steps Evidence/Measurements Develop and implement three team model of intervention plan sheet that outlines the roles and responsibilities of SIT, CAS and PLC teams Share three team model with faculty and provide ongoing support to implement through faculty meetings, CAS meetings and PLC feedback reduced number of student academic and behavioral issues

Student Achievement Goal: Create a safe and accepting school climate for all learners. Action Steps Evidence/Measurements Create and regularly meet with Leadership/Climate Committee made up of parents, students, teachers teacher training and understanding of Advisory goals and mentoring program Utilize SIT and CAS intervention teams to develop systems to support positive school climate creation and implementation of Climate plan positive increases on climate survey Appropriate and effective Crisis Committee meetings and responses to student crisis

Instructional Leadership Goal: All students will be successful in their classes by experiencing and meeting high levels of rigor and having personalized learning goals related to their needs. Action Steps Evidence/Measurements Create a Theory of Action and Problem of Practice focused on rigor Provide all teachers with feedback related to rigor at least twice this year. Review student grades and scores on PSAT, SAT and CAPT for connections to growth in rigorous areas Meeting notes and feedback; Action steps connected to Instruction and SIP; increased Scores on standardized tests and grades
