SBIR: Use of satellite data for Inspections the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) Objective 1: To realize an information service based on satellite data in order to improve the inspections, more efficiency and cost saving (NVWA) Objective 2: Accelerate use of satellite data, more and better utilization (NSO) Realization: 3 use cases of inspections selected for demonstration and development 9

NSO conclusion in the use of satellite data for Inspections Policy regulations and monitoring protocols should match and allow the utilization of satellite based information services More focus is needed on current possibilities (bring current possibilities into practice) instead of looking at new innovative technologies 10
