3 TCS Internal Introduction User Management module of Infinity DTH Services was developed by our team and was named as Pathfinders. Admin is an existing user in the system. If Admin is logged in, he can see 3 links for Registration viz. Customer Management, Operator Management and Retailer Management. The Admin can create Operators for the system, who can in turn register Customers and Retailers as well and perform various activities on their behalf. The Operator/Admin can perform all CRUD on Customer information. Customers can register online in the system by providing their details directly using the Customer Registration link. Franchised Service Centers or Retailers are required so that they can provide the Set Top Boxes to Customers and carry out installations and further service requests.
