HYDRAULIC MACHINE “ HYDRAULIC CRANES ARE THE MACHINE WHICH IS EITHER USED FOR STORING THE HYDRAULIC ENERGY AND TRANSMITTING WHEN NEEDED OR MAGNIFYING ENERGY SEVERAL TIMES AND TRANSMITTING WITH THE HELP OF FLUID UNDER HIGH PRESSURE ”.

WHAT IS HYDRAULIC CRANE ? WHAT IS HYDRAULIC CRANE ? “ HYDRAULIC CRANE IS MACHINE WHICH IS USE FOR THE LIFTING, TRANSFERING HEAVY LOADS FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER PLACE WITH LESS EFFORT”.

“HYDRAULIC CRANE MODEL”

FUNCTION I T IS WIDELY USED ON DOCK SLIDINGS, COMPANYS OR WORKSHOPS. IT IS USED TO TRANSFER LOAD UP TO 250 TONNES. IT IS USED TO PLACE LOAD FROM ON PLACE TO ANOTHER PLACE.

MODEL OF HYDRAULIC CRANE

TYPES OF CRANES 1 JIB CRANES :- FOR WORKSHOPS 2 TOWER CRANES:- CONSTRUCTING OF HIGH BUILDING. 3 MINI CRANES. 4 FLOATING CRANES.

CRANE WORKING AT CONSTRUCTION SITE

CONSTRUCTION OF HYDRAULIC CRANE CONSTRUCTION OF HYDRAULIC CRANE  MAIN PARTS OF HYDRAULIC CRANE BASE VERTICAL ARM. HORIZONTAL ARM. RAM. PEDESTAL. CYLINDER. CONNECTING TUBES.

1 BASE IT IS THE MAIN SUPPORT FOR THE ALL PARTS OF THE CRANE. PEDESTAL IS AVAILABLE ON BASE TO MOVE AROUND IN ALL DIRCTION.

2 ARMS ARMS ARE CONNECTED WITH EACH OTHER WHICH CAN MOVE UP AND DOWN AND LIFT THE LOAD.

3 CYLINDERS  HIGH PRESSURE LIQUID ENTERS INSIDE THE CYLINDES WHICH MOVES THE RAM IN UPWARD DIRECTION.

4 CONNECTING TUBES CONNECTING TUBES ARE TO SUPPLY PRESSURISED LIQUID FROM ONE PART TO ANOTHER.

WORKING OF HYDRAULIC CRANE  THE WATER UNDER A HIGH PRESSURE IS ADMITTED INTO THE CYLINDER.  THIS HIGH PRESSURE WATER FORCES THE SLIDING RAM TO THE MOVES VERTICALLY UPWARD.  THIS MOVEMENT OF RAM MAKES THE MOVABLE ARMTO MOVE UPWARD.

WITH THE HELP OF THE MOVEMENT OF THE ARMS LOAD CAN BE PLACED FROM LOWER PLATFORM TO HIGHER PLATFORM.  THE MAST OF CRANE IS AVAILABLE WITH PEDESTAL WHICH CAN BE USED ROTATAE IN LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE. THE LOAD CAN BE MOVED AROUND WHICH DEPEND UPON THE LENGTH OF THE ARMS.
