Deployment Plan 2013 – stabilization, optimization and piloting 2014 – GMS.NET rollout to all OSF RF/NFs (currently on GMSM & more) 2015 – GMS.NET implementation at the remaining OSF Foundations (non-GMSMe Foundations); Central repository for OSF Foundation Network, development of the top prioritized features 2016 – full-blown integration with HO systems Ongoing support and trainings

Working Group - Objectives Steering Committee for regional support:  Representatives from different departments & Foundations  Decision making & recommendations for GMS enhancements  Quarterly conference calls for: Presentation of latest GMS updates, gathering user feedback & requests for new functionalities Prioritize new features list for Phase II development Determine scope & prepare functional specification for the top requested functionalities
