What is Agriculture? Simple definition Anything that has to do with plants, animals, and natural resources What is the connection with those three terms? Why teach it in the classroom?

Both Morrill Acts were what developed the concept of land grant universities Colleges that were based on Agriculture and taught its students how to be successful farmers Can you name Minnesota’s Land Grant Univeristy? How did this concept arrive in the public school system? The Smith-Hughes Act of 1917 The act established vocational education in the areas of agriculture, trades and industry, and home economics.
