ACTIVITIES WP5 / A 5.1 Creating, maintaining and regular updating of the project web-site ( PERIOD: month ; DURATION: 10 weeks) WP5 / A 5.2 Preparing annual joint reports on project achievements ( PERIOD: month ; DURATION: 13 weeks) WP5 / A 5.3 Designing and distributing project promotional materials ( PERIOD: month ; DURATION: 15 weeks) WP5 / A 5.4 Giving information about the project at various dissemination gatherings ( PERIOD: month ; DURATION: 18 weeks)

WP5 / A 5.1 Creating, maintaining and regular updating of the project web-site (months 1 – 36) -Mr. Filip Jović alreday presented the project website ( in greater detail yesterdaywww.fuse.ni.ac.rs -Two parts of the website: -The part open to the general public (all the materials to be posted here should first be sent to prof. Mišić Ilić) -The management & collaboration platform (currently under construction, to be integrated into the site, password protected)

WP5 / A 5.1 Creating, maintaining and regular updating of the project web-site (months 1 – 36) -The management & collaboration platform (ctd.) – expected to have to 2 parts itself -A part open to all partners – for joint online collaboration among all partners (e.g. deciding on the dates for training in Serbia and in the EU partner institutions, posting common internal documents, etc. -A part open to each partner insitution individually -for posting documents regarding their own finances (receipts, IMRs, timesheets, filling in their own online financial excell tables, etc.) -UNI will have access to those individual sections of the management & collaboration platform of EACH of the partner institutions AT ALL TIMES -

WP5 / A 5.1 Creating, maintaining and regular updating of the project web-site (months 1 – 36) - In order to have the feedback on the presentation of the project on the website, the number of website visits will be monitored.

WP5 / A 5.2 Preparing annual joint reports on project achievements (months 13 – 36) -annual joint reports – to be prepared on the basis of the individual project reports from each of partner institutions -These reports - to be presented to relevant decision-making bodies of the Project Consortium and at partner institutions -The information about these reports (and the reports themselves) – to be made available on the project website.

WP5 / A 5.3 Designing and distributing project promotional materials (PERIOD: months 3 – 33) -designing and distributing various kinds of project promotional materials (bags, posters, calendars, agendas, folders, leaflets, booklets, fliers, posters, banners, stickers, folders, pens, flash memories, antistress balls, etc.) -The promo materials – to be distributed to project stakeholders, including university/faculty bodies, teaching, non-teaching staff, students, and prospective students. -Dissemination level (institutional, at all national and EU partners)

WP5 / A 5.3 Designing and distributing project promotional materials (PERIOD: months 3 – 33) PLEASE NOTE: PROJECT PROMO MATERIALS (WP5 – DISSEMINATION) ≠ SERBIAN HEIs PROMO MATERIALS (e.g. DEV WP2: Fostering various support services - academic mobility support, IT support, marketing and information activities), i.e. guides, booklets for foreign students at each participating university / college, increased appropriate institutional advertising activities, etc.

WP5 / A 5.4 Giving information about the project at various dissemination gatherings (PERIOD: month 9 – 36) -dissemination gatherings to be organized (including 3 major ones) - information sessions, participation at conferences, PR media events, etc. in order to give the relevant and updated information about the activities, achievements and development of the project -All of this - at the institutional level, and, for the wider public, at the local, regional and national levels.

WP5 / A 5.4 Giving information about the project at various dissemination gatherings (PERIOD: month 9 – 36) -every other opportunity to be used to promote the project / disseminate info about it (e.g. the university senates, boards of governors, the university executive teams, university academic boards; the university (vice) chancellors / rectors, the sites of each of the partner institutions – e.g. prominent links to the project website)

WP5 / A 5.4 Giving information about the project at various dissemination gatherings (PERIOD: month 9 – 36) -The first activities of the UNI team in the given area: -SOME ASPECTS OF ENHANCING THE HIGHER EDUCATION IN SERBIA (ROUND TABLE), The Rectorate of UNI, 25 February 2014, ’’Some Activities Aimed at Fostering the Capacity of Serbian Universities for a Deeper Participation in International Cooperation’’, Dr. Biljana Mišić Ilić) -TREND CONFERENCE - THE DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL OF HIGH EDUCATION IN SERBIA, Kopaonik, 24 – 27 February 2014, Presentations on the Project rationale, quality of partnership, content and methodology (Dr. Vesna Lopičić, Dr. Vladan Pavlović) -+ it was arranged for the very Opening of the Kick-off yesterday to be covered by printed and electronic local and regional

THE TASKS OF THE PARTNERS FOR THIS WP IN GENERAL -UNI: -to develop, maintain, and update the web portal with all the relevant info about the project -to prepare various project-related promotional materials, -to organize dissemination gatherings and events at the institutional level and, for a wider public, at the local, regional and national levels

THE TASKS OF THE PARTNERS FOR THIS WP IN GENERAL -BU, MESTD and CSU: -to participate in the dissemination of the information and acquired knowledge related to the activities and deliverables of the work packages -to organize gatherings at the institutional level and marketing activities at the local public level as well as the national level

THE TASKS OF THE PARTNERS FOR THIS WP IN GENERAL -ALL THE OTHER SERBIAN ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS: -to participate in the dissemination of the information and acquired knowledge related to the activities and deliverables of the work packages. -to organize gatherings at the institutional level and marketing activities at the local public level (not necessarily at the national level)

THE TASKS OF THE PARTNERS FOR THIS WP IN GENERAL -EU PARTNERS: -to participate in 3 major dissemination gatherings, where information about the project will be given to various groups of project stakeholders and the general public

THE ORIGINAL BUDGET FOR THIS WP 5.1 Creating, maintaining and regular updating of the project web-site ( staff costs for UNI only) 5.2 Preparing annual joint reports on project achievements ( staff costs for ALL the partners) 5.3 Designing and distributing project promotional materials ( staff + printing & publishing costs for UNI only) 5.4 Giving information about the project at various dissemination gatherings ( staff costs for all the RS partners + travel & stay costs for ALL the partners + equipment costs for UNI only)
