Programming of Door Entry (for Call Transfer) Advent xt Warden Call System Programming Diagnostics Door Entry Setup Call Transfer Time On: 2000Call Transfer Time Off: 0700 Example: Call Transfer Time set from 20:00 to 07:00 (8pm till 7am) Any calls made from the Front Door Panel to the residents during these times will be automatically transferred to the current system mode. (i.e Onsite Scheme Manager, Local Offsite or Remote Offsite).

Programming of Door Entry (for Call Transfer) Advent xt Warden Call However, even when the Call transfer times have been programmed via the P.C (for example 8pm till 7am) Individual Flats can be still be EXCLUDED from the call transfer mode by ENABLING 24HR DOOR ENTRY CALLS via code 8004* for each Flat. It is then again possible to revert these individual Flats back to CALL TRANSFER TIMES mode by DISABLING 24HR DOOR ENTRY CALL via code 8005* for each Flat. It is possible to LIST FLATS WITH 24HR DOOR ENTRY CALLS by simply entering code 8006*. It is also possible to CLEAR ALL 24HR DOOR ENTRY CALLS via code 8007*, so that all Flats are reverted back to CALL TRANSFER TIMES MODE.

Programming of Door Entry (for Flat Transfer) Advent xt Warden Call If a resident is on Holiday for example, that resident can get their Door Entry Calls tranfered to another Flat. (i.e Door Entry calls to Flat 6 can be transferred to Flat 26 to accept the calls). This can be achieved by entering code 8000* ENABLE DOOR ENTRY FLAT TRANSFER then simply entering the Flat No. that requires transferred, (e.g 6) then entering the Flat number that will be accepting the transferred Door Entry call (e.g 26). Flat 6 Flat 26

Programming of Door Entry (for Flat Transfer) Advent xt Warden Call If the resident then returns from Holiday for example, that resident can get their Door Entry Calls tranfered back to their own Flat. (i.e Door Entry calls to Flat 6 accepted by Flat 6). This can be achieved by entering code 8001* DISABLE DOOR ENTRY FLAT TRANSFER then simply entering the Flat No. that requires transferred back (e.g 6) Flat 6 Or, if this is the only DOOR ENTRY FLAT TRANSFER on the system then you can simply CLEAR ALL DOOR ENTRY FLAT TRANSFERS by entering code 8003* It is also possible to LIST FLATS WITH DOOR ENTRY FLAT TRANSFER by entering code 8002*

Programming of Door Entry (Telephones in Privacy) Advent xt Warden Call Privacy LED Red If any of the telephones are in PRIVACY MODE then a simple code 8008* can be entered to LIST FLATS WITH TELEPHONE IN PRIVACY MODE. However, if 2 Telephone Handsets are installed in a Flat, both telphones MUST be in PRIVACY MODE for system to list it as PRIVACY ON. Also, if any telephones have faults then a simple code 8009* can be entered to LIST FLATS WITH TELEPHONE FAULTS.

Door Entry Operation When calling a resident from the Door Panel simply type in the residents Flat Number followed by the CALL button.

Door Entry Operation (when 2 or more Door Panels are fitted) Flat 26 Example: When Flat 26 Telephone is called from a Door Panel All other Door Panels will Display ‘BUSY’ and NO Door Entry calls can be made from any other panel. Door Panel 1 Door Panel 2 However, calls to the Warden/Scheme Manager CAN be made from this and other Panels. The ACCESS CODE can also be used. Warden’s Dect Telephone
