Home sapiens Tula Home sapiens LLC was established at Main activity - development and production of equipment for smart houses. The company's products allow installers to implement projects in new houses as well as integrate the equipment into an already-existing wiring with minimal time and cost.

Sensors : Sensors of temperature, light, humidity, pressure, precipitation, speed, water leakage, and gas detectors. It is possible to measure other variables such as distance, weight, etc. with the help of external sensors and converting analog or discrete signal in commands.

Interface and command modules: USB interfaces for connection of PC to X10 power line and RS485 bus. Radio modules for receiving commands from radio sensors and control panels. Command modules that form a command and transmit it to Executive modules or controllers.

Controllers Controllers request readings of sensors, command modules and condition of Executive modules. Execute logical and arithmetic operations, calculation of time Receive and transmit commands to a remote controller (tablet PC for example) Transmit control commands to Executive modules.

Data transmission On 220V power line, using the X10 control protocol. On twisted pair wire RS-485, using protocols: A-bus, MODBUS, Smart Bus, DMX512. On Radio frequency 433 MHz, using Protocol X-10. On Infrared, using Protocol of air conditioners.

RS-485 Equipment RS-485 bus still remains the most popular bus due to its low cost. Data transfer goes on differential twisted pair in half-duplex mode. Advantages: not susceptibility to noise, high reliability, low cost. Disadvantages: need for cabling, complexity of connections, limited length of a cable(1200 m) and number of modules (up to 32). There are special amplifiers, repeaters signals to increase length of a cable and number of modules.

Universal sensor MSU24 Takes readings from 4x digital inputs: reed switches, motion sensors, the presence of gases, pressure, exhaustion, photosensor, counters energy, speed sensors. 4 analogue inputs: the photo sensor, humidity sensor, temperature sensor or other sensors with outputs 0-5V. Supports both protocols A-BUS and MODBUS.
