IN THE SAME WAY IT WAS GOD WHO CHOSE TO FREE US FROM OUR SINS Colossians 3:23 (NASB) “Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men.” 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 (ESV) – “For even when we were with you, we would give you this command: If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat. 11 For we hear that some among you walk in idleness, not busy at work, but busybodies. 12 Now such persons we command and encourage in the Lord Jesus Christ to do their work quietly and to earn their own living.”

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 (ESV) 11 and to aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you, 12 so that you may walk properly before outsiders and be dependent on no one. GOD FREED ISRAEL BECAUSE HE MADE A PROMISE TO DO SO “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob."... Exodus 3:6 God is a God of promises. God is a God of promises.

Numbers 23:19 says “God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”

2 Corinthians 1:20 tells us “For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ…”
