Questionnaires Each school partner distributed common questionnaires, referred to the Healthy Lifestyle (Nutrition and Exercise) and Protecting the Environment, to the target groups. The questionnaires were distributed in the beginning of the programme (2014) and at the end (2016), in order to measure the change of the attitude of the people towards healthy lifestyle and the protection of the environment and realize the range of this change, if applicable.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CONCLUSION The activities carried out within ERASMUS+ project as far as the Healthy Lifestyle is concerned, affected the target groups positively. One of the greatest aims of the project was, students, parents and school staff, to understand and realize the necessity and importance of following a healthy lifestyle in their everyday life. The target is accomplished as there is a significant change in the healthy habits concerning nutrition and proceeding in kinetic activities as well. The majority of the members of each school partner community, learnt how to be fed properly, how to get physically activated and got aware of what is useful and what is not for the proper function of the human body, which can act effectively in their mental development.

PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT CONCLUSION Judging by the results of the questionnaires concerning the Protection of the Environment, it was ascertained a significant change in the way of approaching issues that have to do with it. The students, their parents and the school staff of the school partners are now more informed and sensitized. As a result, it has been noticed that the practical contribution of the target groups to the protection of the environment and sustainable development have been reinforced.
