Language notes: 1. until = till 作连词,引导时间状语从句。 主句如果是肯定句,谓语动词须是延续性动词。 They worked until everyone was tired. 主句是否定句,谓语动词须是瞬间动词。 not … until … 译为 “ 直到 …… 才 ” They didn’t stop working until I came. until 也可用作介词。 They worked until ten o’clock in the evening.
