‘Keep fit, live longer’ By William Shaw

gymnastics Gymnastics is a fun sport which helps your flexibility. Gymnastics exercises most of your body, and there are over 650 muscles in your body, you must be fit if you do it!!!. ‘gymnasts so fast’. In it you get to do forwards and backwards rolls even front and back flips!!! And when you get good you can go on parallel bars!!! Amazing!!! ‘Gymnastics is fantastic!!!

Football You can play matches, have little games and it’s really fun – trust me, I play it! Fun Football! Try your best and you may get a medal! Try and do ten kick- ups a day and your legs will be fit in no time! With all the running around your heart will get stronger and you’ll live longer

Which muscles does exercise keep fit? Sport. Which muscles they exercise. Rugby: all of your muscles and improves your toughness. Football: your leg muscles. Gymnastics: all of your muscles and improves your flexibility. Tae kwon do: the same as gymnastics: exercises all of your muscles and helps your agility. Cricket: exercises your arm and leg muscles. Golf: your stomach muscles, upper legs and arms. Swimming: All your muscles and improves speed and strength Tennis: Your arm muscles

Why exercise is important Before you do exercise you need to do a warm up or you could pull a muscle! It’ll keep your heart strong because it needs to pump more blood around your body so it makes it work harder to be stronger! It also keeps your lungs stronger in the same way as your heart it breaths in more air! It keeps your muscles strong and helps you build muscles! It can keep your weight down! It produces a chemical that makes you happy! Heart and lungs.
