Welcome Tonight’s Objectives #1.To review any scenarios / ideas the committee has worked on over break #2. To work in small groups and review scenarios #3. Present results of small group discussions to the overall committee

Breakout Sessions 1.The committee will divide into 3 equally sized groups. 2.Each sub-group will go to a set of maps (elementary, middle, high) 3.The sub-committees will have 30 minutes per station to mark up the large- scale maps and note where changes could/should be explored 4.After 30 minutes (or sooner if complete), each sub-group will rotate to a different station ES goes to MS MS goes to HS HS goes to ES 5.The sub-groups will repeat the process until every committee member has explored all 3 sets of maps 6.Once all committee members have explored and discussed the maps, each group will share with the entire group on their findings

1.Everything is DRAFT through most of this project. Expect that the options will change per committee work. 2.Committee will have the ability to create their own options through use of black and white “sketch maps” that we have available for you. 3.Options balance building utilization, but require review from committee to evaluate community impacts and other issues (busy roads, splitting neighborhood, etc). 4.Think about making hybrids of various options. Combine parts of various maps that you like into a new option. Notes about Options
