Contributions received during 2015 increased substantially compared to 2014, although there are still very few for To date, 18 of the 34 OAS Member States have made contributions to the Fund. The RIAL calls on Ministries of Labor to make contributions in accordance with their national capacities. More developed countries with more robust economies will make contributions above the established minimum of $5,000 per year. RIAL would need $120,000 in annual contributions to continue its work in the same manner

NEW PORTFOLIO OF PROGRAMS Objectives: -Incorporate in one place (one-stop-shop) the programs developed by the Ministries of Labor in all areas of labor administration. -Allow every Ministry direct access to upload their programs. -Offer information to the general public about the programs developed by the Ministries of Labor. -Serve as a database for future cooperation activities.
CRITERIA THAT ALL PROGRAMS MUST MEET TO BE PART OF THE PORTFOLIO: Be effective in complying with its objectives. Be conducted at the national, regional or local level. Have demonstrated results. Ideally, have internal or external evaluations to support results. Be assured that the presenting institution has political will and technical capacity to share the program with other institutions of the hemisphere.
