The In-Class Attendance system is a dynamic and comprehensive application that helps you track the attendance of your customers and employees. It enables management to effectively monitor key variables like program utilization, site usage, resource optimization, customer satisfaction surveys and communication. Step3: The new customer’s registration details are recorded in this screen. Click to Advance

Tracking Customer Attendance Step 1: Customer at Registration Desk. Step 2: Customer’s photograph is taken for identification card. Click to Advance

Step 4: Customer is allotted a scanner id and swipe card. Click to Advance id card

Step 5: Customer registers for a program and his/her program schedule is entered in this screen. Click to Advance

Step 6: Customer uses his/her swipe card to scan into a resource room. Click to Advance scan at door

When the customer swipes his/her card in the scanner, the system automatically detects the scanner room and the customer’s Id. A The scan details are automatically recorded in this screen. Click to Advance

Creating and Printing Resumes and Letters. The System has an inbuilt feature that creates résumé’s or letters and interacts with a merge procedure so mass mailings can be created.
