WISH LIST This is a correct, completed form.  The name and ID is legible  One class from each section has been chosen  Three electives have been chosen and ranked, and  There is a parent signature and phone number.

HOW TO FILL OUT THE FORM USE PENCIL! You and your parent will need to choose ONE class from each section at the top  Reading  Writing  Math  Science  Social Studies  PE/Athletics/Tennis/Golf

ON-LEVEL VS PRE-AP I will be going over each course with your parents Thursday night. You will need to have some discussions with your family and your current teachers about what you should sign up for next year. Know that Pre-AP is a great deal of work, it’s a lot of time outside of the class, and it’s very rewarding! ATHLETICS Designed to push students out of their comfort zone … to make them better. Designed to prepare each athlete for sports participation, make students stronger, faster, more confident. The intent is to try out for as many sports as you want. Sports  Football (boys)  Volleyball (girls)  Basketball  Track/Cross Country  Soccer Tennis and Golf* are separate from athletics. *Application process, extra cost each semester, parent must provide transportation to Woodbridge.

ELECTIVES Class descriptions are listed on the back of your wish list. You will only get ONE elective, so choose wisely! You will need to give me at least 3 options, just in case your first choice isn’t available. I will then go to your 2 nd choice, 3 rd choice. If you are placed in your 2 nd or 3 rd choice, there’s no changing to something entirely different once school starts.
