How we began  My Post – Telecare Co-ordinator – APRIL 2004  18 ½ Hours Clerical Support  Developed close relationship with CARELINK  Funding from Access & Systems Capacity Grant  Listened & learned – a wealth of information  Steering Group for 2 years
