Twenty Apps; 20 lessons TECHNOLOGY ACROSS THE AGES, ACROSS THE CURRICULUM

Who is this book for?  A BOOK FOR EVERY TEACHER…  This book is for the teacher who is unsure how to use technology and needs some ideas to kick-start the next step; it’s for the teacher who understands technology but doesn't know how to use it to develop reading, writing and maths; it is for the teacher who’s an expert but is always keen to gain new ideas to transform learning for their pupils.

A book for every child  This book is also for every child in your class – whether or not they each have regular access to a tablet and mobile phone at home. The lessons provide opportunities for the children to develop their collaboration, communication, problem-solving, creativity and knowledge-building, which are 21 st century learning skills that they will need for the future.

What does it contain?  Very simply… 20 lesson plans, 20 apps in a range of lessons across the Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two.  Curriculum Overview  Assessment Information  E-Safety information  Links to Computing Curriculum  Overview of the Apps
