Aluminium foam is a small pore size like structure containing 90% air with a catalytic surface. It doesn't have any extra coating on its surface and is a pure metal. Metal Foam Panel has a large number of properties which include electrical resistant, strength etc. It has the application of heat exchangers. Aluminium foam have a good energy absorption. Due to the feature of Aluminum Foam Energy Absorption, it has a great impact on its shape, size and structure. It costs less and could be used for industrial purposes. It also have the excellent quality to absorb sound and vibration.

There Are Two Types Of Foam There are two types of foam: Regular foam and Irregular foam. In regular foam, the melting point of aluminium foam is 660 degree celsius and so in the irregular foam. The foam topology of Foam Aluminium will be irregular state could be interconnected. Foamed Aluminum makes the train stronger, safer and lighter. And, when the goal will be high speed train cabs, it could only be possible with the Foamed Aluminum Panel. It is a bigger achievment when a man could reach within few hours to his destination and this could only be possible with aluminium foam.
