Activity  Detail the impact of the assigned piece of health and safety legislation to your group on the performance of construction projects. You are supposed to display (write down) your findings on the white board.  Your report should include the following:  Method: Work in groups Brief overview of the assigned legislation (its main requirements, enforcement of legislation, prosecution for offences etc.) How it affects health and safety performance through above facts How it affects financial performance of project (profitability)?
