Who is Rachel Heyes?  Rachel Heyes is an Expert Professional Makeup Artist & Hair Artist with more than 10 years of experience.  Rachel is originally from Dublin who is now settled in Brisbane.  Rachel is a graduate from the renowned Frampton Institute from where she holds a Diploma of Cinemagraphic Makeup. She was trained by the Oscar winning makeup artist Peter Frampton.
